Joselyn Zambra, LCSW - The Founder
👋🏽 I’m Joselyn Zambrana, LCSW, Afro-Latina EMDR & Somatic Healing Therapist who’s lived through PTSD, anxiety, and depression myself.
I combined psychology, neuroscience, and somatic healing with my lived experience as a mom, veteran, and wife to create an interactive journey that makes healing accessible and effective. I was tired of healing being scattered with different ‘methods’, but none of it was cohesive, and it wasn’t working.
This game is my answer: a way to retrain your nervous system, rebuild connection, and finally step out of survival mode - without gatekeeping healing behind cost or “experts.”
Because at the end of the day, YOU are the expert of your life & your healing, stress responses, and emotional regulation should be in your hands.

Play Your Way to Healing
What if healing wasn’t just something you talked about in therapy?
The Game of Your Life turns self-discovery into an interactive journey where you’re the player…literally. Through the LEARN Method™, you’ll uncover who or what activates your stress response, explore how those patterns shape your connections, and learn to restore balance through guided play.
Begin your journey toward awareness, connection, and growth. Ready to play?
